Psychedelic Sundanese pop.

Absolutely mindblowing and stunning music from this band of three Indonesian sixties sisters. The vocals are so authentic, honest and heartfelt, full of harmonic inflections we can only lamely call "Southeast Asian" that always make them sound beautifully otherworldly, and the music consistently has a really haunting and darkly psychedelic note that creates a unique and suspenseful contrast with the basic poppy girl group feel, resulting in an intense and absolutely unique atmosphere.

Add to that a guitar playing that is nothing less than stunning and of great variety, an organ playing that is just as great, and the occasional use of traditional Javanese instruments to create one absolutely unique album.
