Still one of the Melvins' greatest achievements. Could it have benefited from a shorter running time and less dinking around? Maybe, but that would be completely missing the point. This is an album filled to the brim with creative, insane, insanely creative, and creatively insane ideas, and to water any of it down for the sake of a smooth-sailing listening experience is contrary to both the concept and the Melvins' general modus operandi. If one album could sum up the band's entire career, this is probably it.
