First LP in a number of years from this Geelong/Melbourne punk rock institution is a real musical detour. Differing from previous discs, The World In Handcuffs is written (and narrated) solely by the band's guitarist, Shaun Connor, with one side narrated by Shaun and one not. Every song is about the life of police officers. Yes, it's a concept record. But the band still kills it in that Devo/Saints vein.
