Sharp, erudite post-punk from Hull, England. The group’s sophomore LP was mixed by Claudius Mittendorfer, a man who previously worked on Parquet Courts’ Wide Awake!. It's no surprise that Mittendorfer accepted this gig too - there’s a bite and snap to tracks like "Hollow Thing" that would have Austin Brown & co nodding approvingly. That Bodega band are probably keen on LIFE as well.
