We have two copies - one of which has a mark on track 4 ("Shell Island") we could only discern 5 very low pops when standing near the speakers.

There was a lot of very good, and interesting, music being made in the U.K. at the beginning of the 1980s, and this album is no exception.

Produced by the Young Marble Giants' leader Stuart Moxham, Lazy Ways is the second and last album by the seminal post-punk band from Hatfield (UK).

Despite the short life of the band, Alice Fox, Jane Fox, and Tracey Thorn (Everything But The Girl) have left an indelible mark on the music history. Listed as one of Kurt Cobain's favorite bands of all the time, the Marine Girls - with their unique DIY and twee style - can be counted among the fans people of the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Kathleen Hanna, and Courtney Love.
