Having previously only released select tracks on various media over the past five years, Fleetingly, But Completely is The Victoriana's first legitimate release. It is a fragrant love-letter to the ephemeral: twirling, evaporating experiences of blue torment and glittering joy, their charms endowed and ever-changing with their questionable impermanence.
