MAD ARE SANE - Reality? LP
$47.95
The album came out in 1983 or at least the demo of the album did. It’s very raw, fast paced with an energetic beat through out the album and doesn’t lose that momentum for a second.
What strikes your curiosity is the secondary deathrock elements. The deathrock sound was super minimal you had to be paying attention, else you might of missed it.
Deathrock around this time was mainly just punk with goth aesthetics for the most part like bands such as 45 Grave but some bands did break the mold such as Christian Death or Theatre of Ice. Songs like Dying Church really showcase that sort of deathrock sound but with an anarcho-punk attitude.
