To coincide with their 20th anniversary as a band, The Boats are proud to release their new album in 2023. Way back in May 2003, they crammed into a garage and had their first jam together. The result was an instant musical connection, born out of their love for post-rock, psychedelic, and progressive rock bands of the 1960s and 70s, including experimental music.

The Boats are an atmospheric, dynamic and stunning instrumental experience. The trio formed in early 2003 and quickly developed their own unique sound; combining vintage guitars, drums, piano and bass to create sonic sketches and soundscapes.
