TV EYE LIVE is a short but powerful live album which sees Iggy backed by a fine group of musicians including David Bowie on keyboards, and Tony and Hunt Sales on bass and drums (the two would join Bowie in the '80s as part of his Tin Machine project).
Fans of The Stooges will be pleased at the inclusion of TV Eye, I Got A Right, Dirt and the sleaze anthem I Wanna Be Your Dog. Accompanying these are the (the Bowie produced) solo numbers Lust For Life, Funtime, Sixteen and Nightclubbing rounding off a neat live album which sits nicely with Iggy's early work.
