This is the first of several releases planned this year, and although it doesn't really provide any surprises is quite an interesting soundtrack if you are feeling dystopian vibes with the present world situation.
The music is very in your face, much more so than the last cab vol albums. Sparse, juddering industrial beats, cut up vocal samples, dub echo and acid house keyboards all mangle together into creating a kind of anxious dance music.
