35 years after he gave them out for free in McDonalds etc, these first two very early tapes of lo-fi outsider genius Daniel Johnston have been compiled onto vinyl for the first time. You may know the artwork from Hi, How Are You? better than the songs thanks to it's now legendary status but it's worth listening again to these barely formed treats which veer from madcap mayhem to pure songwriting brilliance.
