This was a very good comeback for the Bunnymen, although Ian McCulloch and guitarist Will Sergeant had already been reunited under the name of Electrafixion - basically their answer to grunge. Here, bassist Les Pattinson had put aside his sandblasting business to rejoin the other two. Sadly, drummer Pete DeFreitas had died several years earlier.
