The junior to The Go-Betweens' senior, this very good band features Louis Forster, son of Robert, probably none too happy about this endless comparison and considering starting a noise rock outfit. Or, he does a Gary Ablett, becoming a greater footballer (arguably) than his old man.

Although, that day I saw Gary Ablett Sr. kick 14 against the Tiges at the MCG in 1989 presents an argument otherwise. Part of a paltry 24,000 crowd I'm not ashamed to say I ended up barracking for Ablett Sr in the last quarter, hoping he'd break Fred Fanning's record of 18 goals in a match. I feel sorry for anyone watching the game these days, lucky if they see a combined 14 goals for the match! Poor kids will NEVER see somebody kick 10, let alone 14...
